- The capacity of approximately 100 spaces can be reserved in the order of contract signing
- It is also possible to reserve dedicated spaces, which can be used by several users regardless of the number of spaces rented, of course at the same time, only with a number of passenger vehicles corresponding to the capacity of the rented spaces. These spaces are marked with an inscription referring to the contracted partner. The service provider provides a parking card corresponding to the number of spaces rented, for a 20% surcharge compared to the basic fee.
- Contracts can be concluded for an indefinite period, with a 90-day notice period, relevant invoices are issued in advance, on the 25th day of the month preceding the month in question, with an 8-day payment deadline.
- The management of company guest parking spaces is done by subsequent settlement, issuing a collective invoice.
Infopark offers numerous parking options for its tenants and their guests. The ratio of rentable parking spaces is 1 parking space / 50 m2 rental area (of course, more parking spaces can be rented upon request).
